A seasoned CPA licensed in New York, Nick has a deep background in audit and tax services, having worked with top-tier NYC audit firms such as Cohn Reznick and RSM US, where he gained a solid foundation in financial strategy and compliance.

Before joining Litehouse Builders, Nick held a senior financial position with a prominent real estate developer, overseeing large-scale projects with budgets up to $500 million. His experience spans a wide range of roles, including numerous CFO positions with well-known NYC union trade contractors, where he honed his ability to manage complex financial operations and deliver results. Throughout his career, Nick has done much more than simply maintain profits, he has actively driven revenue growth and contributed to the financial success of every organization he has been a part of.

Nick’s leadership in the financial department has been key in strengthening the company’s accounting operations and ensuring fiscal discipline, which has directly supported the company’s growth. His ability to forge strategic partnerships with CPA firms, banking institutions, surety brokers, carriers, and other key financial partners has proven invaluable in sustaining the company’s financial health and securing necessary capital for future projects.
