Matthew J. Sibilio earned a double major in International Business Management and Political Science from Lynn University before beginning his career at Litehouse Builders, Inc. as an intern. His strong work ethic and leadership abilities quickly propelled him into a full-time role as Assistant Project Manager, marking the start of a steady rise within the organization.

Matthew has progressed through the roles of Project Manager and Program Manager and now serves as Senior Program Manager. He has been instrumental in building and expanding the company’s JOCs Division and Emergency Response Division, helping strengthen Litehouse Builders’ operational capabilities and market presence.

In addition to overseeing complex programs and daily operations, Matthew brings extensive expertise in estimating, cost analysis, and scope development. His strategic oversight, financial acumen, and hands-on leadership play a critical role in delivering successful projects and driving the continued growth of Litehouse Builders, Inc.
