Jan Halas began his career with Litehouse Builders, Inc. as a Site Supervisor in 2008. Over the years, Jan has progressively advanced within the company, leveraging his extensive experience to reach his current position as Director of Construction Operations. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing all field operations, ensuring that projects are properly staffed, safety protocols are strictly adhered to, and daily progress goals are consistently met.

With a deep understanding of the construction process, Jan coordinates day-to-day activities across all active projects, working closely with project managers, site superintendents, and other team members to ensure seamless operations and high-quality project delivery. His expertise in managing production and safety procedures is instrumental in maintaining the company’s reputation for excellence.

Jan’s strong communication skills are key to his success. He effectively liaises with clients, architects, inspectors, safety officers, and subcontractors, ensuring that all parties are aligned and project requirements are met on time and within scope.
