Robert Halas serves as the General Manager at Litehouse Builders, Inc., where he plays a pivotal role in overseeing the company’s day-to-day operations and driving its strategic initiatives. He began his career at Litehouse Builders as an Assistant Project Manager, where his dedication, work ethic, and project management skills quickly set him apart. Robert advanced to the role of Project Manager and now serves as General Manager, focusing on operational efficiency and company success.

With a finance degree from Baruch College, Robert has leveraged his financial expertise to manage project budgets, analyze costs, and implement cost-saving measures, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. His strong financial foundation allows him to assess the broader financial implications of each project, adding value for both the company and its clients.

Working directly under the CEO, Robert oversees multiple key divisions, including project management, accounting/finance, estimating, and field operations, ensuring that day-to-day activities align with the company’s broader strategic goals. His comprehensive understanding of both the construction and financial sides of the business makes him a key leader within the company. Robert also fosters strong client and subcontractor relationships, building a culture of excellence and teamwork.
