Kyriakos ‘Kirk’ Lazaridis has over twenty years of construction experience. Most of his career, Kirk has performed as a liaison with Public Agencies, performing large projects for the New York City School Construction Authority (NYC SCA), The Dormitory of the of New York (DASNY), Department of Design and Construction (DDC) and Metropolitan Transit Authority (MTA).   Having graduated from New York University in 1996, Kirk started his construction career right after his graduation as a site supervisor, quickly moving on to managerial roles that included estimator, assistant project manager, project manager, senior project manager and director of construction operations. In 2002, he founded Litehouse Builders, Inc. with a clear goal in mind: Commitment To Excellence.   As CEO, Kirk’s vision for Litehouse Builders, Inc. starts by remaining loyal to the principles that the company was founded on.  With a core emphasis on building a foundation with strong team leaders that represent Litehouse Builders both on and off the construction site.
