Jan Halas

Director of Construction Operations

Jan Halas started with Litehouse Builders, Inc. as a site supervisor in 2008. During his time with Litehouse, Jan’s role has evolved to his current position, where he oversees all field operations and ensures that all projects are sufficiently staffed, safety measures are being followed and daily progress goals are being met.

Jan is responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities on all the projects and coordinating with project managers and site superintendents for production and safety procedures. His ability to communicate with the client, architects, inspectors, safety officers and subcontractors is an asset to Litehouse Builders, Inc.
