3K Center in Staten Island completed for the NYC SCA under the Emergency Response Program. The project included a full renovation of an existing commercial space. It included new electrical service, HVAC equipment and plumbing. The interior was gutten down and entirely renovated to fit the new space. The 3K includes 5 classrooms, an exercise room, several offices, outdoor playground and a new parking lot in the front. The project was completed in 3 months.
